Water and Sewer Utilities
The City of Manchester maintains a water tower, water mains, and customer meters. We also are responsible for the sewer mains, lift stations, and two wastewater treatment lagoons. Both systems are permitted through the KDHE.
City Hall
The City of Manchester City Hall is an historic building located at 610 Lina Avenue. The City Clerk's office along with meeting hall are on the first floor.
City Park
Manchester City Park is a beautiful open space with playground equipment, a basketball goal, and shelter house.
