All grass, weeds, and brush shall be no higher than 12 inches. The city is authorized to send out notices for properties found to be non-compliant. Failure to cut the vegetation as directed may result in the city cutting the vegetation. In such cases the owner will be assessed a $100 administrative fee plus the actual cost of mowing.

It is unlawful to store or have disabled, junked, disassembled, or unregistered vehicles on property. The city is authorized to notify property owners of the existence of a violation and order that the property be brought into compliance. Failure to comply may be abated by the city with an administrative fee being assessed in addition to the actual cost of abatement assessed to the property owner.

Any structure which is found to be unsafe, uninhabitable, in disrepair, or a blighting influence on the community may be ordered repaired, vacated, or demolished. The costs associated with demolition would be assessed to the owner. Any repairs would be paid for by the owner as well.
