DOG TAGS REQUIRED.
Manchester City Code 2-201 et seq. requires all dogs kept in the City of Manchester be tagged annually. All dogs must maintain their current vaccinations. Proof of current vaccination is required to obtain a dog tag each year.
Dog tags are valid from January 1st through December 31st of each year.
The reistration fee for neutered males or spayed females is $5.00 per year. Dogs which are not neutered or spayed shall be assessed a fee of $7.00 per year.
Contact the City Clerk to register your dogs each year.
RUNNING AT LARGE.
Manchester City Code prohibits allowing any dog to run at large. All dogs must be fenced, penned, or on a leash when they are outside.
